Tonar-7501 mine dumper

Machinery building plant "TONAR" –  is one of the biggest and leader company to producing of trailers and semitrailers in Russia. TONAR products fulfil haulage and materials transportation needs across many industries. Producing of mine dumpers at the plant began in 2013 year.

Tonar-7501 has become the epitome of advanced technical solutions, incorporating the most modern components. It has high performance and economic efficiency. Built for the long run and lowest cost per tonne. 

Our current offering comprises two ranges: mine dumper with the body for coal transportation or with the body for hard-rock transportation. Tonar-7501 is a 60 ton capacity workhorse. It's suspension system: front - pneumatical mechanical | rear - balanced on on elastic rubber elements. In comparison with the hydropneumatic suspensions, normally used in heavy equipment, the suspension with rubber elastic elements is structurally simpler, practically no maintenance required and provides operation at temperatures from -60 ° C to + 50 ° C.
