Couple tractor + semitrailer that weighs only 13.5

At the end of еру last year OOO MZ “Tonar” send in Kemerovskaya region the first tipping couple from new large shipment of tippers with semitrailers for transporting coal through the public roads. The couple consists of the tractor Tonar-5422 with wheel arrangement 4x2 and tipping semitrailer Tonar-952302.
The special feature of this equipment is its own weight – the minimum kerb weight (only 13.5 tons!).
That would allow transport 26.5 tons of cargo without excessing the maximum vehicle gross weight that is 40 tons.
The semitrailer is made of high-strength but lightweight steel Hardox (Sweden).
New! Semitrailer is equipped with pressure indicator to control cargo even distribution.
Considering harsh conditions in which equipment will be exploited, vehicle is equipped with a chain anti-slipping system InstaChain.
According to statistics during winter tractor starting motion with semitrailer is 5 minutes at an average. And in some cases up to couple hours.
Using InstaChain time of moving through difficult parts of the road covered with black ice is shortened up to minimum.
