Ministry of agriculture field meeting at TONAR

A meeting of Ministry of agriculture and foodstuff of Moscow region took place at MZ Tonar on October, 30th.
Despite the fact that it`s been a must to held outreach meetings in ministry, it`s been the first time for MZ TONAR to held such a big event at its premises.
The meeting was attended by:
- Palamarchuck Igor Vyacheslavovich, deputy Minister of agriculture and food of the Moscow region.
- Kiselev Sergey Nikolaevich, head of Department of agriculture and forestry engineering of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation.
- Shatalin Sergey Aleksandrovich, head of Department of introduction of advanced technologies of Management of land policy and development of plant growing of the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Moscow region.
- Afanasieva Irina Ivanovna, The head of the municipal formation «Rural settlement Belavinskoe» Orekhovo-Zuevo municipal district of Moscow region.
- Filippov Aleksei Pavlovich, The head of the Orekhovo-Zuyevo municipal district, Moscow region.
- Krivtsov Denis Yuryevich, General Director of Engineering Plant "Tonar"
- Wainstein Yuri Pavlovich, Technical Director of Engineering Plant "Tonar"
and leaders of the largest agricultural enterprises of the region and representatives of administrations of municipal districts of the Moscow region.
Many kind words were said about "Tonar ". A high level of continuously implemented innovations in the factory was mentioned by the participants. Much was said about the need in agricultural products which are currently produced by Tonar. Глава муниципального образования «Сельское поселение Белавинское» И.И. Actual questions were asked by managers of agricultural enterprises. Particular attention was drawn to the urgent problem of fines for overloading. Yuri P. Wainstein gave some examples of how this issue has been successfully resolved in other countries. It was decided to arrange a meeting of all interested parties in the near future, including the staff of the Ministry, traffic police, road services, car manufacturers and carriers to solve the deadlock.
After the meeting, Yuri P. Wainstein, the Technical Director of MZ "Tonar ", and Denis Y. Krivtsov, the CEO of the factory, took a tour around factory production facilities. The guests were shown the basic production steps for "Tonar" vehicles and trailers from cutting and metal rolling up to welding, painting and assembly.
Particular attention was paid to the up-to-date technological lines. Five new German Messer plasma machines, bending robots, robotic welding systems for axle beam, bodies and frames have been installed at the factory during the last year. Almost all factory equipment is German and Japanese.

The factory has its own production of "Tonar" axle units.
The product range of the factory for agricultural purpose consists of semitrailers to transport grain, cattle, poultry and potatoes as well as thermotrailers and tractor trailers.
