The moving floor consists of a series of longitudinal aluminum beams, which are hydraulically driven. The drive is three-sectioned. Each section of beams is operated by its own hydraulic cylinder. The beams perform reciprocating movements in the longitudinal direction. During unloading and loading, all beam sections move simultaneously (beam stroke is 200 mm). On the return stroke, the sections move sequentially. The cycles then repeat and the cargo is moved. Full unloading time is 15 minutes.
There is no risk of the semi-trailer tipping over during unloading, compared to semi-trailers with a tipping body lift. Loading and unloading are performed horizontally, so relative unevenness and unstable ground at unloading sites are not dangerous. Unloading can be carried out in rooms with a ceiling height only slightly higher than the semi-trailer itself (low warehouses, factory workshops, woodworking plants). Full control of the hydraulic system is provided by a manual remote control panel. The moving floor design does not require any scheduled technical maintenance during operation. It is possible to load and unload without using a forklift inside the body.
